Not a formal event. Going to a place like Times Square, restuarants, club scene
i’m a size 1-3

Chosen Answer:

Definitely the pants. They’re cute & much more comfortable if you’re going to be going from place to place all night. You could easily wear thermal pants or leggings underneath for extra warmth. 34 F isn’t that cold, but who knows what the weather will be three days from now. NY weather is so unpredictable. Find a nice warm sweater, vest, or jacket to go with the outfit too. If you’re going to be drinking, you probably won’t need it so much later on, but you’ll want it to start out with.

if i were you i would take advantage of this celebration on go in a crazy but stylish outfit. thats just me. the first one is kinda formal. is this formal event then first one.

i say the pants with shirt look better, for either casual or formal. the dress might be way too dressy and i think it looks uncomfortable and revealing. try posting your full body pic so we can se what fits you better, but i guess both will look good on you :)

You are going to be FREEZING!

Do the pants outfit, and wear wool leggings under with cute boots. The leggings will keep you warm with no one knowing. Then wear a cute jacket with a scarf, and keep the jacket open as long as possible. That would de-sluttify the outfit. Have fun!

i love the 1st dress its gorgeous, you could really make that a stunning outfit with accesories etc,you might want to get a little jacket or wear it with black tights just to keep you a bit warm,The pants are nice aswell, would look nice with a fitted top as the pants are a lil flary, great choice tho,im currently undecided what to wear to a new years eve party in london,am sure you will see my outfits posted lolx

Either are cute. Dresses are really in for partying..but as you mentioned, it will be very cold and you’ll hate it! The only way i’d suggest the dress is if you will be indoors most of the time. otherwise, Go with the pants.
