How to dye dark red-brown hair strawberry-blonde?

Hi! Okay well i need help! My natural hair color is a dark dark brown, almost black. Now, i dye it this exact color. http://discountcosm786.corecommerce.com/_import/_images/uploads/nationwide/4043.jpg I’m thinking about changing my hair to a strawberry blonde color. I need to know to do this, do I need to bleach my hair first and then put the dye on? Or just put the dye on? And if I do need to bleach it, please tell me how. THANK YOU!!!

   you need to bleach your hair and then after a few days put on the dye.

   I suggest you go to a salon with professionals to bleach your hair because if you do it on your own at home, you can damage your hair pretty badly.

   You should never gomore than 3 shades lighter than your natural colour because it won’t suit you. Don’t try bleaching your hair at home. Go to a proper hairdresser.

   you would better to wait till your hair grow, then you will color them.
